Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

To check your status, click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Can't find it, or haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering? Email hello@beauhound.com.au with your order number and we'll send your details straight away.

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Thank you for your patience — and for giving your dog the support they deserve.
