Returns & Refunds — 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

If your Beauhound product isn't right for your dog, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to return: email hello@beauhound.com.au with your order number and reason, and we'll send return instructions.

Condition: items should be in resaleable condition with original packaging where possible. For hygiene reasons, some used items may be assessed case by case.

Refunds: once your return is received, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
