Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

We want you and your dog to love your Beauhound. If you're not completely happy, you're covered for 30 days from delivery.

Change of mind

If an item isn't right, contact us within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Change-of-mind return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund — and in most cases you won't need to send anything back. Just email a photo and your order number.

How to start a return

Email hello@beauhound.com.au with your order number and reason. We'll reply within 1 business day with simple next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
